A VC: A Fun Job For A Strong Graphic Designer

  • Raskin · 1 year ago
I just pinged a great Brooklyn based designer I know who recently broke off from a big firm to start his own shop - he's knee deep in the tech industry and very talented, hopefully he emails you soon enough to make the cut.

    LABOR DAY WEEKEND!

A job for David Armano surely?

He rocks Slideshare with his presentations:

Fred, here's a resource that is off the hook for outsourced design. Amazing work by dozens of designers, all in a week or under. Top shelf. http://99designs.com/

Two, maybe three, of those images are distinctly New York City. The rest could have come from anywhere.

I know why Minneapolis and Raleigh/Durham have "Silicon Valley" derivative names, but why NYC? That's not Big Apple, that's small potatoes.

When did "If you can make it here, you can make it anywhere." become "If you can't handle Sunnyvale, we've got opera."

The Yankees swagger even when they're losing to Cleveland....

I totally agree with that sentiment
