I am pretty certain the guy in flip flops is Reggie - President Obama's personal assistant.
The guy in running shoes looks like it is Jon Favreau, President Obama's head speechwriter
The other guy looks like Axelrod.

I think you are right on Reggie and Favreau, but it looks like the other guy has a goatee, so I don't think it's Ax.
