I was speaking to a friend of mine the other day who commented on many vehicles having useless back seats simply because of the laws governing the classification of the vehicles. I think the open sides would make this pretty useless in such weather. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;On the other hand, it wouldn't be worse than an umbrella - you wear a long trenchcoat.
