Which is really good

but not as lightweight as the delicious one that I love too

What I really want is analytics from the player

If I register at yahoomusicplayer.com, then you report to me how many plays each mp3 gets

Fred, I love that the auto-playlisting feature of the player is what led you to this song. It totally validates our idea that all the media in the page would be analogous to a webcast stream or long-form podcast.

I love Paste, I just recently subscribed to it (after picking it up at newsstands for months). Great for finding new music from both new and established artists.

Yah, heard it on the Paste Sampler CD they send out (http://www.pastemagazine.com/). I know, *shocking* to still do music discovery offline, but they are a solid publication with great podcasts as well. Their free CDs each month (which would be better as online play lists for sure) include new music from new and old artists...worth checking out.
